Click on Crypto section, select Create Wallet and then choose the cryptocurrency that you would like to add to your list (i.e. Bitcoin, Tether, etc.).
You can create one wallet for each Crypto Currency.
Click on Crypto section, select Send and choose Send to User when the user has an account with us (as internal transfer). Otherwise, select the Crypto that you would like to send by choosing the wallet, insert the address and the amount that you would like to send.
Before clicking on Send button, please double check that the address you have inserted is correct.
Click on Crypto section, select the Cryptocurrency of your interest and click on Receive or alternatively, click on Crypto section, Receive, choose the cryptocurrency of your interest.
Besides your wallet address, you can also check the network enabled for the specific Cryptocurrency
1. Download the Pure. App on Google Play Store or Apple Store.
2. Upload a proof of address which is not older than 3 months. We accept PDF format or a picture of a printed document, where your name, your address and the date of issue of the document are clearly visible.
3. Complete the questionnaire.
4. Upload a live picture of your Identity Document (Passport, both pages – or Identity Card, front and back sides). Please note that the document that you use must be valid at least for one month.
5. Proceed with the selfie identification (remove your eyeglasses). Please note that your face must be visible completely and that you should be alone.
Within 24 hours (working days only). Once your account is approved, you will be notified via email. If we need further documents, we will contact you by email.
You can change your phone number / email by sending an email to support@purewallet.app from the same email address you have registered with. Please attached your National ID document or Passport (front and back) to the email.

Click on Crypto section, select Exchange and choose the currency you would like to Exchange from and select the currency you would like to Exchange to.
Click on Crypto section and select Receive then click on Bank Deposit, to reveal our bank details in EUR. Insert the amount you are willing to deposit and submit your request.
We do not charge any fees for bank transfers.
Third-party deposits via bank transfer are not accepted.
Once you withdraw your funds to your bank account, it might take 1-3 business/working days.
Click on our logo P. and on FIAT Account section select Accounts, click on Send and choose Wire Transfer. Fill in all your bank details choosing EUR as Bank account Currency and submit your request by clicking on Request Withdrawal.
Please make sure that all the details are correct and that you haven’t inserted any punctuation.
Click on Crypto section, select Send and to User. Insert the Recipient Username and click on Find. Choose the Recipient’s account,insert the amount to send and click on Send.
Please make sure to double check that the Username you have inserted is correct before proceeding with the transfer.
Internal transfers are immediate and free of charge.
